Priapism - erection persisting longer than 4 hours requires immediate medical attention. Hearing Loss - sudden decrease or loss of hearing reported post-marketing. Cardiovascular Risk - sexual activity may pose cardiac risk in patients with preexisting cardiovascular disease.
