BOXED WARNING: BOXED WARNING - Fetal Toxicity: "When pregnancy is detected, discontinue losartan potassium tablets as soon as possible." Additional Warnings: - Symptomatic hypotension may occur in volume-depleted patients; correct conditions before administration or use lower starting doses - Impaired renal function changes reported in susceptible individuals - Hyperkalemia risk, particularly in diabetic patients with renal impairment
