Additional Warnings Include: - Increased suicidal thoughts/behavior in antiepileptic drug users - Cognitive/motor impairment affecting driving and machinery operation - Neonatal sedation and withdrawal if used late in pregnancy - Paradoxical reactions (agitation, aggression, hallucinations) ---

Clonazepam is indicated for two primary conditions: Seizure Disorders: "useful alone or as an adjunct in the treatment of the Lennox-Gastaut syndrome (petit mal variant), akinetic, and myoclonic seizures." Also effective for absence seizures in patients who have failed other treatments. Panic Disorder: Approved "for the treatment of panic disorder, with or without agoraphobia, as defined in DSM-V," characterized by recurrent unexpected panic attacks with associated symptoms like palpitations, sweating, trembling, and fear. ---
