Warnings

Key warnings include: Orthostasis/Syncope - "potential risk of syncope" with postural hypotension, dizziness (patients should "avoid situations where injury could result"); Drug Interactions - "should not be used in combination with strong CYP3A4 inhibitors" or "other alpha adrenergic blocking agents"; Priapism - "rarely...associated with priapism (persistent painful penile erection)"; Eye Surgery - Intraoperative Floppy Iris Syndrome possible during cataract/glaucoma surgery.
